Easy Returns & Exchanges:
am designs boutique would like to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only.
All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.
To make a return or exchange, please return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call us at 1-573-289-0889.
