When should I register?
We suggest that you register three to six months before the event. This allows family and friends enough time to purchase gifts for parties and showers. We also advise you to visit your registry regularly to add our latest products, and to make sure that there is still a wide selection of gifts for your friends and family to choose from.

How many items should my registry include?
You should register for more items than invitees, especially if you're listed at several stores––you want to provide options at various price points. We suggest that you include one gift per shower attendee, and at least one gift per couple invited to the wedding. Include several objects that aren't part of a set, and consider big-ticket items for guests who want to pool their resources.

Can I make changes to my registry?
Yes. You can add or delete items, or make changes to your personal information on your registry by contacting registry@amdesignsboutique.com.

How long do registries remain online?
Your registry will remain active for one year after the date of the event. If you did not receive everything on your registry at the time of the event, the boutique offers a 10% discount on those items up to one year after your event. (Some items may not still be available due to backorders and item drops).

How do I let my friends and family know I have registered at am designs boutique?
Upon registering with the boutique, we will send enclosure cards to you. These chic cards will give links and helpful information to your friends and family.

Where can gifts from my registry be purchased?
Gifts from your registry may be purchased online or by calling 1.573.443.4811.

How often are registry purchases updated?
Your registry is updated as quick as 15 minutes and less than 24 hours after an order has been placed.

What if I receive duplicate gifts?
As you probably read on the "about our registry page", we guarantee that you will not receive a duplicate gift, but we have to give you this information, as we are human as well. If you receive a duplicate gift, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will be happy to give you boutique credit for another gift on your registry or in the entire boutique collection.

Do you have a completion program?
We do offer a 10% completion discount on any or all items remaining on your registry. This offer is available toward a one-time purchase at any time up to one year after your event. You will receive a letter in the weeks after your celebration explaining the details. You will be given a code to enter upon placing your order. This code should be kept confidential, as it can only be used once.

Can I select a gift from merchandise not included on the registry list?
Yes. Explore the collection - including gift ideas. If you purchase something that was not previously on the registry, it will appear on the registry as having been purchased so that other gift givers know not to purchase the same item.

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Yes. By contacting registry@amdesignsboutique.com. The boutique will be happy to send the certificate to you or send it to the lucky recipient.

Will you gift wrap an item selected from a registry?
Yes. We will wrap your order and include a message on a Gift Card if you would like. We regret that large items and those shipped directly from the manufacturer cannot be gift wrapped.

How do I know if an item is on back order or is no longer available?
We at the boutique do our very best to keep an updated collection. If for some reason and item is backordered or no longer available, we will let you know as soon as possible.
