About our squeaky shoes...Squeaky shoes are so encouraging for little walkers and those beginning to walk.  Your child's eyes will light up when they realize they are making music, and so will your friends and family.  In order for the shoe to squeak, the baby or toddler must walk heel-to- toe. This encourages crawlers to begin walking and toddlers and young children to walk properly and not up on their toes.  Physical Therapists are now using these squeaky shoes with toddlers and young children to encourage proper form while walking.  The audible feedback from the shoe aids the child in knowing when he/she is walking correctly (the shoe will squeak if walking heel-to-toe).
